DHA Wheels products are custom-built specifically for each order, so our return process works differently than off-the-shelf retail purchases. This is placeholder content and will be reviewed before launch.

Custom Order Policy

Every DHA Wheels set is built to the specifications of a single order — finish, fitment, and construction are chosen by you before production begins. Because of this, our return process works differently than it would for an off-the-shelf retail product; a completed custom build generally can't be resold as-is to another customer.

Manufacturing Issues

If a wheel arrives with a genuine defect in materials or workmanship, we'll make it right. Contact us with photos and your order details so we can evaluate the issue and determine whether a repair or replacement is the right path.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. Visible shipping damage should be reported to the carrier and to DHA Wheels immediately — the sooner we know, the faster we can assist with the claims process.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations can only be accommodated within a limited window before your wheels enter production. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom finishes, fitments, and other made-to-order specifications are final sale once production is complete, outside of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage covered above.
